The only law firm your HOA needs.
We are the only SF-based firm that provides start-to-finish legal services for homeowners associations. Whether its amending governing documents, assisting with board elections, handling member disputes, collecting overdue assessments, or litigating construction-defect cases, our specialized lawyers can do it all - and for a lot less than what other firms charge.
Because we are a small firm, the cost savings come back to our clients. At ROCK, all of our lawyers are Partner-level attorneys with decades of experience. But instead of paying high legal fees to a large law firm, we're able to tailor our expertise to meet our clients’ unique circumstances - and that means our clients save time and money.
Most importantly, we get maximum results. Our team has recovered over $400 million for our homeowners associations, property owners, and consumer clients.
